I am very pleased and proud to open my facility in Slidell,Louisiana and offer something different to the community and athletes here. I was born and raised in New Orleans and now reside in Slidell. I look forward to providing the community here with an alternative to the existing fitness facilities and methods. I have always had a passion for fitness and enjoyed exploring new methods and ideas, especially ones that pushed past the boundries of the mainstream. As a former police officer and member of the New Orleans Police Department's SWAT team, I know the importance of real world fitness and being able to operate at a high level of physical performance while dealing with the stressors that life provides on a daily basis. I am also a certified NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer, I have attended a Gym Jones Athletic Development Seminar, and I am a Crossfit Level 1 certified trainier. I have dedicated myself to constantly improving, learning and seeking out new training methods. It is my goal to provide training and assistance that will help everyone reach and exceed the goals that they have set for themselves.
